How do I track my postage?
Once we have posted your order, we will email you the tracking number associated with your order.

Where do you ship from?
We ship directly out of our hair salon located at the DFO Jindalee in Brisbane, Australia. We provide Free Express Shipping to all Australian states!
Returns
HAIR TOPPER: We understand that picking the right colour might be difficult when choosing from a computer screen, so we are happy to exchange your unopened Gold Hair Collection set for a set of the right colour within thirty (30) days of you receiving your order.
Topper Refund Policy:
- If a hair topper has been cut or altered in any way, it is not eligible for a refund.
- For any approved refunds, all associated fees (including shipping or transaction fees) are the responsibility of the client and will not be reimbursed.
OTHER SALON PRODUCTS:
30-Day money back refund if unopened and unused.
Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.

Warranty
Gold Hair Collection offers a 9 month manufacturer's warranty for all products.
Note: Warranty is only valid if you use the Shampoo, Conditioner and Home Care products that we recommend. With proper care, your Hair Topper will serve you for years to come.
